Chersegi sparkling wine is created by the Charmat-Martinotti method from the unique Ukraine local grape variety- Chersegi, which grows exclusively in the vineyards of Chateau Chizay.
The unsurpassed bouquet of Chersegi Chateau Chizay has a rich scattering of fruit aromas and floral shades, and the bright taste – a pleasant lightness and refreshing acidity. It is a delicious and indeed original Ukrainian sparkling.

Chateau Chizay – is one of the most important wineries of Ukraine. The historical region of Transcarpathia is located in the Western Ukraine, in the area of Carpathian Mountains where Ukraine borders Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. There the mild sun light is wonderfully combined with optimal rainfall amount, and Carpathian Mountain landscape covers the vineyards from northern winds. Soil, full of minerals and micro-nutrient elements adds a unique taste to the grapes, and wine gains a very special nature.
