The NOCTURNE range are wines made from grapes harvested manually in the cool of the night, to preserve the richness of aromas and intensity of taste.

Grape Varietals: 100% Rkatsiteli (night harvested)
Dry orange wine from 100% Rkatsiteli grape, an ancient Georgian white grape, with a medium amber color, marked acidity, a gentle phenolic grip and a medium body. Dried fruit-driven, aromatically layered and tight in texture.

Rkatsiteli can handle extended maceration without becoming heavy or flat.

Crafted for gastronomy and for the involved consumer.

Harvest: manual during the night
Pre-fermentation: cold room 3-5 C for a night, grapes destemmed without crushing
Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks, 24-26 C, periodic punch down, racking in January
Malo: after alcoholic fermentation on the skins
Maturation: After racking oaked for one year
Blending: after one year
