Domäne Roland Chan

Small quantity high quality family owned Austria boutique producer in Wachau- UNESCO-listed cultural landscape.

Domäne Roland Chan is the realisation of a dream of Roland Müksch and his family in 2017 – the creation of a boutique winery featuring the dry wall terraces in the heart of the Wachau. The terraces are toiled manually with deep respect for nature. The wines are a pure expression of the cultural heritage landscape.
Member of the Vinea Wachau since 2019.

In 2021 Domäne Roland Chan is complete with a home in Wösendorf, a winery in Sankt Michael and over 2 hectares vineyards in the 4 distinct sites of: Achleiten, Klaus, Bach and Höll.

The logo of Domäne Roland Chan displays a strong family tie. It consists of five zodiac animals surrounding the family name “Chan” of his wife in Chinese. The three tigers are Roland, his son- Oliver, and his father-in-law. The horse is his wife- Sharon, and the dragon is his daughter, Isabella.
