Tasting Notes
Nose
Savory aromas of dried herbs, crushed stones, and licorice with integrated aromas of baking spices that complement black raspberry and wild cherry fruit.
Palate
Black fruit with intricate notions of sumac, wild herbs, and earth. Dense and bold, firmly textured, almost stony tannins, but with a freshness to balance the dense concentration that keeps it light on its feet.
Food
Roast Duck, Iberian ham, Grilled red meats, Stews, Mature cheese, Roasts.
