Meritxell Pallejà: Meritxell Pallejà produces her wines following a biodynamic approach and this is not surprising given the major role the moon plays for this feisty woman. It is hard to find good wines at reasonable prices in Priorat, but her wines are complex and full of flavor while remaining faithful to the terroir, as it has great mineral notes. This is just the beginning.

Good structure, fresh, flavourful, good finish, balanced, slightly dry, soft tannins, mineral.
