A wine with historical significance. THE legendary signature blend of Purcari, an iconic wine which defines Moldovan wine making, widely considered to be one of the top wines of the whole Eastern Europe. Negru de Purcari was originally crafted to grace the dinner tables of the Imperial Russian court and their aristocratic friends across Europe. Negru de Purcari has stunned Europe by winning its first Gold medal in 1878 World’s Fair in Paris. It was regularly supplied to the royal court of Great Britain, to Queen Victoria and King George V by their cousin, the Russian Tsar.

70% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 25% Saperavi, 5% Rara Neagră

Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrique.
